18th Annual Vermont Photography Exhibit at the Round Barn

Monday August 4th - Sunday August 31st, 2008
Open daily from 9:30 am - 5pm

*Closed at 2:30pm for private parties or showings on the following dates: August 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th.

For over 18 years, an exhibit of over 185 photographs from over 60 photographers hangs in the Historic Round Barn for five weeks through the late summer.

This show is a kickoff to our valley-wide Vermont Festival of the Arts and displays outstanding photos in our Classic Round Barn setting.

A panel of judges bestows five awards of excellence, including best of show. Winning photographs are invited to hang in the prestigious Art in the Round Barn Show in September. This is no entrance fee but donations are appreciated at the door.

The Adamant Music School Concert

Art in the Round Barn 
September 2008

Returning for the 18th year, the Art in the Round Barn is a juried show displaying works of the finest artists throughout New England. Open to the public daily, these fine works are on display and maybe purchased on site. Click here to download a PDF version of the Call for Entries form.

2008 Art Show Important Dates:

• Friday May 9 - Deadline for completed entry forms
• Friday Sept 5 - Artist's inventory sheet & resume must be received
• Tuesday Sept 16  - 10:00am - 3:00pm, delivery of artwork to the barn
• Wednesday Sept 17 - 10:00am - 3:00pm, delivery of artwork to the barn
• Sunday Sept 21 from 4:00 - 7:00pm - Artist's Reception - The annual kick-off of the Art Show. Come see the premier of the
       art show and meet some of the artists.
• Monday Sept 22 - October 13, 2008 - Art in the Round Barn -Artwork on display and open to the public daily from 9:30am - 5:00pm*
• *Closed at 2:30pm for private parties or showings on the following dates:  Sept 27th, Oct 4th & 11th.
